Training times

When you’re free to train. Claude plans your week inside these. Leave a day empty for no training.

Calendar

Adds your weekly plan to your phone’s calendar as its own calendar, “Jolt training”. It updates itself when you plan, move or skip sessions. It only shows sessions once you’ve planned a week (Fitness → Your week).

  1. Your calendar address is copied. Keep it private: anyone with it can see your plan.
  2. Open your iPhone’s Settings app → Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts (older iOS: Settings → Calendar → Accounts).
  3. Tap Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
  4. Paste the address, tap Next, then Save.
  5. Back in Calendar Accounts, Fetch New Data → every 15 minutes makes changes show up sooner.

Or try opening it in Calendar directly
